I loved staying at this hotel! It is perfectly situated right in the center of town, making it easy to explore all the touristy parts of Levoca. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. They even provided a fluffy blanket in case the room got a bit chilly. I also appreciated the amenities in the room, like the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and in-room safe. a fantastic hotel with top-notch service.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Although the "suite" we hada booked was not availble when we arrived, the size of the double room we were put into (at a reduced rate) was excellent with enough space and chairs to sit and read or watch TV in comfort. The staff were very friendly and the location excellent. We would highly recommend it.

The room was exceptionally well furnished and attractive and - oh joy! - there was a proper bath. The receptionist was very helpful in arranging my trip to Spis castle and my onward journey to Poprad and Bratislava.

Had a fun weekend in a cool historical spot. Rooms were clean and comfortable with nice blankets and very good food in the restaurant. Staff were warm and willing to help with local recommendations for exploring the area. A prominent feature of the hotel is the hall at the back used to host international summits. The hotel location is very handy, right in the center of the picturesque town.
The hotel has no parking spot, but there is a public parking area for three euros a day nearby. Also, the hotel does not offer additional services besides accommodation and food, an odd absence of items that four-star hotels usually have. The WiFi gave us trouble with a weak signal at times.

This Renaissance-style hotel with spacious and elegant rooms is just perfect for a few nights' stay. the personnel is very friendly and the breakfast room is nice. the hotel's location on the town square is excellent and there are lots of restaurants nearby. the large bathtub and elevator in the hotel are a plus that makes the stay more comfortable.
According to one review, the hotel seems to be deserted at times, which could make the atmosphere less vibrant.

Had a great Christmas break at this cosy hotel on the main square. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with big beds and lovely vaulted ceilings. The breakfast was pretty good, with lots of choices of cold meats, cheeses, breads, cereal. The location was just perfect for exploring the nearby holiday markets and attractions, and there was plenty of open parking all around. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome.
